Nice view of Cinque Terre, Italy...this town's name in particular is Corniglia.Krista, Will and I in Cinque Terre. Cool Canadians from Toronto I met on my way to a beach that turned out to be a hang out of nudist hippy people, interesting...First day in Venice. Nice view from one of the 3 billion bridges!!!No comments...

A good example of the view of the many bridges in Venice.Me in Murano's Island in Venice...nobody around so I had to take the picture myself!!! (I became quite good at this on this trip)Saint Marcos Square in Venice...this is the only place that I've been where poeple try to make a living out of selling food for pigeons!!???Rialto Bridge in Venice.

Arriving to Austria from Italy. This is Lisa, a super cool girl from Australia. We are in front of the Opera House in Vienna. We attended an Opera the night before which was excellent. (notice my haircut...no more pony tail!!!)Lisa and I having an excellent dinner on her last night in Vienna, both of us were sad that she was living and promised to keep in touch...I stayed for two more nights in Vienna. There was nobody around so we had to take this picture ourselves in front of the Parlament in Vienna...beautiful building by the way...

Drinking wine in Austria with some friends. From right to left: Ruan (from South Africa), Tracy (Australia), Rob (New Zealand), Dirk (England), Joanne (England), Kim (Australia) and I.Schloss Schonbrunn - Beautiful barrocco palace in Vienna...defenitely comparable with Versalles Palace.Igor from Venezuela, a neigbour's daugther of his and I. This guy lived in Los Roques in Venezuela for seven years, which is pretty much a deserted island in the middle of nowhere with only 1000 inhabitants. Los Roques is defenetely the best kept secret of the Caribbean. Igor definetely had one of the most unusual and interesting stories I've heard so far in this trip. Me in front of what home was to me for more than 6 days...Wombat Hostel. Here I am with Mikaela, the hostel's manager. The whole staff is very cool and I became friends with them after my unusualy long stay in Vienna (is a long story I'll talk about in the Travel Log soon.)

Me in Budapest. Nice view of the city and the Danube river. This is even a better view of Budapest. Lovely city (and very cheap!!!)Some of the people I met at the hostel in Budapest.Sometimes, graphitties can be quite educationals

My bike and I in front of the most iconic bridge in Budapest, which name I can't recall at the moment...sorry.Salzburg...nice quiet town in Austria, birthplace of Mozart. Some beautiful gardens in Salzburg.View of the autobahn as I was approaching the Swiss border. Can't be any more greener...beautiful.

Trying to get myself ready for the mountain pass that is waiting ahead of me...I don't even know how tough is going to be...Just a glipse of the kinds of roads I had ride in Switzerland...not easy.Trying to complete a really hard leg of the trip...a 200 km (125 miles) section comprising three Swiss mountains passes...bike was doing fine eventhough we were very high up in the mountain and oxigen was not abundant. View from the top of Mountain Pass #2 in Switzerland...notice how I am above the clouds, meaning I am almost at the tip of the peak (very cold by the way.) Notice also the road below waiting for me...very tough 8-hour ride from Salzburg to Interlaken to say the least.

Beautiful view of the Junfraug or whatever is call in Interlaken. I took this picture just before doing Paragliding...this is in fact our take-off pointGetting ready for take-off.This is a view of Interlaken while doing paragliding. Here you can see me while I was doing paragliding.

Another view of my shoes and the ground below me while paragliding.Another picture while doing paragliding...it was really cool. The paraglading instructor and I during the flight. I look worry cos I am taking the picture myself and I don't want to drop my digital camera 2000 ft.I jumped with these two guys from Texas who were staying in the same hostel Iwas.
